Brief description and purpose of the project: The purpose of the project was to optimize business processes, integrate business functions, organize work flow more efficiently and improve interaction with clients and suppliers in order to improve Nicra's market position and increase competitiveness and business efficiency. Nicro consists of high-quality management and professional staff who are responsible for the continuous growth of business opportunities and their realization. In order to maintain competitiveness on the market, it was necessary to introduce new software packages and the IT equipment itself.
