Project management includes coordination between Nicro’s project manager and the client’s project coordinator, tracking contracts and project documentation, all for the purpose of ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of projects, as well as the roll out and qualifying of systems.

• Undertaking welding works according to certified WPQRs and by qualified welders
  (material classes: W.Nr. 1.4435 (AISI 316 L), W.Nr. 1.4571 (AISI 316Ti), W.Nr. 1.4306 (AISI 304L), Hastelloy C22, (P235GH)).  Only qualified welders perform welding with the adequate welding equipment.
